Trust in the media is becoming an ever more foolish investment, yet exposure to their prospectus is nearly impossible. The influence of those loyal to the dangerous ideology of liberalism is inescapable. To hear the depictions of the candidates in the 2012 Presidential Election, both forthright and subliminal, you would think that the incumbency of His Barackness is all but assured. He’s the hero. He’s the one who stepped in and rescued us from the abyss of George W. Bush, remember? He stepped in and heroically choked the life out of bin Laden’s terrorist hiney with his star spangled, bare hands. Remember? He’s the one who single handedly rescued our economy from the disaster left by his predecessor. Mitt Romney, by comparison, is portrayed as a drooling bag of idiocy whose ethics are as questionable as his right to stand in the same room with such genius as that possessed by Barack Obama. The truth, as is so often the case, lays gasping for air, battered, and bruised on the side of the trail, tossed from the moving vehicle of Obama’s campaign. Much like someone who dared to question the authority of a 1930’s style Chicago gang where Obama seems to have learned so much of his social grace.

In reality, Mitt Romney is just as intelligent as Barack Obama and he comes with the distinct advantage of being able to prove it by the very means Obama and his people have spent many years and millions of dollars to hide. See, we don’t know anything about the grades Barack Obama received at Harvard or any of the rest of his schooling. For some reason, that information has been carefully and skillfully purged from databases who always seem to have information about Republican candidates printed, and ready to ship. We know what degrees Obama earned because he tells us every chance he gets. Yet without providing proof of his own grades, the Obama campaign sees no problem with questioning Romney’s. Mitt Romney graduated from Brigham Young University with a 3.97 GPA. He then went on to earn simultaneous degrees in law and business from Harvard. That’s an amazing feat in and of itself, but when the stories of Romney’s leadership within the Harvard community are added to the mix…..it’s more impressive than anything in Obama’s shady past.

Obama and the media love to portray Romney as a greedy fat-cat who cares about nothing but money. They act as if acceptance into the circle of friends with which Romney is linked requires serious skeleton’s in the closet. Like there’s something inherently wrong with financial success. Does anyone out there think Obama would wait an entire heartbeat to accept if Romney offered all his money in exchange for the White House? The Obama family would set a trail of fire behind them as they blasted out of there with their big bags of cash. Michelle could finally be proud of her country again as she spends that greedy white-man’s money on the servants in her new tropical paradise. Again, apply logic to these insane accusations and they crumble quickly. Past friendships and relationships are the very last thing Obama should want to bring into this election but the media’s fascination with him assures that his own youthful friendships will not be closely examined. While Romney’s study group describes him as a natural leader who always demanded and personally summoned their very best during their Harvard years, Obama’s friends are known terrorists, extremists, and radical hate peddlers. While Romney abstained from the typical trappings of college life like alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and even caffeine; Obama partook in all. Mitt and Ann Romney still take time out of whatever they are doing to attend the dinner his Harvard study group still holds every few years. He even stopped in for a few hours on his way to Athens to clear the troubled Olympics in Salt Lake City in 2002. All speak of Romney as a dear friend, a devoted husband and father, and a natural leader. There is no psychotic gleam in their eye. There is no “bonded through lunacy” tone in their rhetoric. In fact, it’s not rhetoric at all. Obama dismisses his relationship with Bill Ayers as something we shouldn’t worry about. Instead, we should focus on the fact that Mitt Romney’s friends are rich. As we all know…..people who knowingly try to kill others with bombs and ideology are not nearly as dangerous as those who obtain personal wealth through sound business strategy and ethical living.

His Barackness and his subordinates seem to derive great pleasure from the act of twisting the truth. Obama bashes religion with every official act his administration pushes upon us. He preaches to us as if any interpretation of scripture that doesn’t support his intentions is foolishness interpreted by fools. He dismisses religious tradition and belief as crutches of the weak. In reality, Obama’s understanding of the Bible and its infinite wisdom are just about as accurate as his interpretation of the United States Constitution. Both are horribly twisted and made to accommodate lunatic levels of liberalism. Obama dismisses our concerns over his involvement with “Reverend” Jeremiah Wright as “unwarranted and conspiratorial.” For twenty years, Obama was an active member of the blatantly racist pastor’s black liberation theology church. Yet, in 2008, when the story first came to the surface, Obama’s church was said to be “off-limits” and like the good little puppet Obama told us he was, McCain obeyed and refused to run ads telling independent voters about Obama’s Wright connection. Silence is no longer an option. If Obama and his loyal subjects can attack Mormonism, then I have a few questions about Obama’s chameleon-esque religious beliefs. As I sit here guzzling coffee and cussing at each typo I make, it is painfully obvious that I am not a Mormon. That does not mean that I would abandon my Christian beliefs in the face of fear. Romney has upheld his incredibly strict beliefs and moral code in the face of what I am sure is unyielding pressure. Obama changes his mind to suit the ever shifting winds of public opinion. His Barackness will do his best to cast a shadow of doubt over Romney’s spiritual beliefs but his own are seemingly off-limits to us, the lowly public.

Obama asks us to consider whether Romney would have had the courage to “do what {Obama} did” with regard to Usama bin Laden. My answer is yes. Not only would he have had the courage, but he would have had the knowledge to think beyond the glory-grabbing headlines. Romney would have had the courage to praise the men who carried out the mission, not the men who watched the raid unfold on TV from the safety of another continent. Romney would have praised the methods of interrogation that brought forth the critical information leading to Jihadolf’s death, even if they were controversial and approved by political adversaries. Romney would have made sure that Dr. Shakil Afridi and his entire family were safe and out of Pakistan before the raid ever took place. Romney would never have left the man that risked his own life to provide America with the undeniable DNA proof of bin Laden’s location to rot in a Pakistani jail for 33 years. Obama’s failure to plan beyond the personal glory of the raid is horrible and will most likely cost the life of a man who should be heralded as an American hero. Now that there is no political value to be wrung from the Doctor’s involvement, he’s of no use to Obama. Besides, why would Obama share the glory? His blindly loyal subjects would not approve.

No more silence. No more bowing to the pressure of Obama’s self appointed power. His past is as scary as his present and neither can be allowed to live in the White House beyond January of 2013. Get this word out to the independents. They’re notoriously out of touch. They don’t pay attention to the news until just before the election and we need to get these ideas implanted in their heads much earlier than that. Get the truth out there. No matter what Obama and the media may say, Romney is NOT the one with the questionable past. Put that idea to bed. Otherwise, we’ll be fighting an uphill battle in late October against an enemy with superior weaponry. Please share the link to this article with as many people as possible. The differences in the candidates are not the differences being portrayed in the news.

Who’s Your Daddy…..

The Obama presidency has been a cycle, to say the least. We’re standing at the edge of a decision in November. The decision is not simply a matter of candidate choice; it has nothing to do with party affiliation, or political ideology. The decision has to do with whether or not you see the Obama administration as the pregnancy or the death of America.

That may sound strange, but think about it…..was the Obama Presidency the pregnancy or the death of America. Are we about to witness a birth or a funeral? Since Mother’s Day is right around the corner, I’ll start with the possibility of Obama’s Presidency representing the pregnancy of America. First of all , any mother will tell you that a first pregnancy is scary, at best. Think about Obama’s Presidency in terms of a cliché teen movie. Young, naïve America gets swept off her feet by the roofie-esque charm of His Barackness, the cool new kid in town. Next thing you know, America’s pregnant, scared out of her mind, and receiving nothing but empty promises and debt from the biggest mistake of her life. Still…..America has never seen herself as weak. In fact, she’s often found the most strength in the moments when others believed she possessed none. As she starts to feel as if she’s being backed into a corner by the self-serving arrogance of His Barackness, she starts to fight back mentally. She’s never backed down from a challenge and motherhood would be the biggest challenge of them all. Slowly but surely America, with the help of some loyal friends, gets up the courage to leave His Barackness and all of his dangerous ideology. There’s a classic standoff between Obama and America’s long lost uncle, the tough as nails old coot known to the locals as Constitution. Just when it seems like Constitution is losing momentum, he receives aide from America’s first love, Chris T. Anity, who shows up at the last minute to kick Barry right in his Obamacles. With a gleam in her eye, America stands up, packs his bags for him, and politely asks Barack Hussein Obama to leave her and the baby alone. In his absence, America is able to give birth to the vision we all see in an Obama-free country.

We had to go through the pain of Obama’s presidency in order to deliver his absence. Mitt Romney may be the doctor who delivers the baby, but WE ARE ALL the parents. This baby will truly be the “rebirth” of a nation. The pain we endured during his administration will be worth it when we hear the innocence of capitalism giggling in its crib. It will be worth it when we see recovery take its first, clumsy steps. Obama represents the mistakes of youth. He represents the regrets we all have in our lives. For many of us, our children did not come into our lives at the most “convenient” of times, but you’d be hard pressed to find one who doesn’t view that arrival as the single greatest moment in their lives. As much as I hate to admit it as a father, this emotion is especially true in the hearts and minds of mothers. There’s a connection between mother and child that just can’t be duplicated. There’s a switch that gets thrown in the mind of a mother during pregnancy. While that life is literally growing inside of her, a mother learns to abandon regret and selfishness. She learns to use the lessons taught by regrettable actions, and turn them into strength she will need to guide her baby’s course. It’s time to admit to the mistakes we have made as a country. It’s time to admit them, regret them, and put them behind us. There’s work to do. It’s time to get out there and earn the respect of our “child.”

Now the alternative. What if we should all start dusting off our funeral clothes?

If Obama should mastermind a second term as President of the United States, it will most certainly be a funeral we are all attending in November. A second Obama term would surely mean the death of such dear old friends as The United States Constitution, Christianity in America, conservatism, borders, democracy, and history. We will all listen, beyond the guilt of our own whimpers, to the eulogies of such notions as “under God” and “right to bear arms.” Our freedom of speech will be silenced forever. Our global strength will be crippled. We will weep for the history he will erase and for the tradition he will ignore. In time, the America that so many have died to defend, will draw its last breath and we will all witness her eulogy in the form of another Obama inauguration.

I’m looking forward to witnessing the birth of a glorious new nation in November. I’m looking forward to watching infant America take her first steps. I’m looking forward to seeing the very best characteristics her mother has to offer as they begin to form in the personality of the precocious child. I’m looking forward to identifying characteristics of her father and working tirelessly to rid her of them. I’m looking forward hearing this child tell her friends…..”I never knew my father. It’s the darndest thing. I have like 311,591,917 parents and another 11,000,000 or so ~~illegal~~ ~~undocumented~~ nannies, and not one of them is my biological father. I heard his past was a little sketchy too, so I think I’m probably better off. My uncle said he was a real idiot.”

Time to dust off the sympathy bellies, and stock up on pickles folks! We got a baby on the way!

Dog Eat Dog…..

That guy that cut me off in traffic this morning; the one in the crappy little sports car that might have been cool back in the days of Dawson’s Creek but even then was considered to be the vehicle of choice among guys who were able to articulate an opposition to their mother’s decision to stop breast feeding; the one who caused me to do the paternal “arm-belt” across the chest of my seven-year old son as I pushed my brakes to the floorboard…..I wanted revenge. I wanted to choke him with his own tie but eventually, cooler heads prevailed and thought I was I was going to be able to enjoy the rest of a peaceful and chatty ride to school with my bruise free mini-clone. A few minutes later, we pulled up beside the same vehicle. I had pretty much let the incident go and was fully immersed in the conversation and curious observations of a young mind when I noticed the bumper sticker on the back windshield of the moron’s coche de caca:

If God were real, she’d be a liberal.

Really? What purpose does that message serve other than to provoke rage in the minds of almost everybody to read it? And you drive like a blind, fifteen year old girl too? Interesting choice of life habits, but to each their own. The whole incident did get me thinking about the differences between liberals and conservatives. Before I ever laid eyes on the bumper sticker, I assumed there was a liberal at the wheel. I made this assumption based on his actions. The openly displayed sense that he and his needs were more important than anyone else or their schedule. Such an instantly recognizable symptom of the liberal disease. Some new information has come to light in the past week which may prove to make the identification of liberals even easier, but first, let’s take a look at a few of the other established and accepted differences as we currently know them.

CONSERVATIVES: We believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty and traditional American values. We believe in a strong, capable, and enviable national defense. We believe that the role of government should be to provide the freedom necessary for individuals to pursue their own goals. Our policies generally emphasize the empowerment of the individual, not government entities.

LIBERALS: Liberals believe that the government is too big to fit within the Constitution. Effective rule of an entire country of people shouldn’t be impeded by such notions as personal accountability, integrity, or physical beauty. Liberals believe that the government should be free to create and exploit as many groups of victims as necessary to support their insane ideas. Liberals believe the government should insure that those who choose not to work are guaranteed the same lifestyle and amenities as those who work hard everyday. Liberals will create victims to fight for, but they expect the vote of those victims in return.

That pretty much sums up the differences in the ideologies, but what about the issues that so often serve as the identifiers in such classifications? Everybody knows that one topic that will bring liberals and conservatives to the surface in any group…..those subjects that simply can’t be ignored by the ears of those who oppose or support the underlying cause. Here’s a few of the more common issues and what each side openly believes about them:

Abortion

Conservatives – Life begins at conception. Abortion is the murder of another human being. We vehemently oppose the idea of our tax dollars providing free abortions to those who pay no taxes.
Liberals – Liberals believe that a woman has the right to decide and when she decides to have an abortion, we should all pay our fair share of that murder. Liberals hate babies.

Affirmative Action

Conservatives – Discrimination and racism, where it exists, is deplorable. Where it is manufactured, it is even worse. “Equal opportunity” does not mean that the success of a neighbor guarantees you luxury. Equal opportunity means that you can make whatever you want for yourself in this country as long as you’re willing to work for it. In other words, you get what you pay for. Life’s not always fair, and sometimes others will get chances you think should have been yours but that doesn’t give you the right to take them from those who received their reward.
Liberals – Ability, drive, ambition, competitive edge, private enterprise…..these are just the words of greedy men. The fact that you have no education shouldn’t stop you from getting that executive level job. You’re the victim here and we’ll flex our big, unionized muscle until the big bad corporation gives you that job. Liberals actively preach against personal responsibility and instead keep a loyal, constantly multiplying, legion of support at their beckon call by promising to conquer the devil that oppresses them as long as they vote left.

Economy

Conservatives – Free market, competitive capitalism, private enterprise…..these notions would have avoided the mess in which the flaming ball of liberal infused Chevy Volt finds itself engulfed. Free market inspection and the scrutiny of competition would have ruined companies like Solyndra, A123 Systems, and Ener1. They never would have survived the “Blue-sky” periods. Competition and public opinion drive our economy. Give us the chance to do what we do best and we can shine like no other country in the history of civilization. Limit us with heavy restrictions, financial uncertainty, and global ridicule and our once bright luster begins to fade.
Liberals – The people who believe in free markets and capitalism should bankroll the opposing ideology…..hey, that’s us!! Awesome! More free stuff that those idiot capitalists are forcibly donating to us liberals. “Hey Barry…..you awake? What victim group do we assign this to?”

Energy

Conservatives – Oil is abundant here in the United States and, in the frequent words of Bill Clinton, we need to “tap that.” The states where oil is being pumped on private lands are seeing record numbers. Government has banned drilling under liberal rule.
Liberals – That is not what Clinton meant! Oil is dirty and we should allow our friends in the middle east to handle it so that our beloved American Burying Beetle can once again flourish. The American Burying Beetle….as mentioned in countless children’s stories, is as much a part of our rich history as the stars and stripes themselves. Anyone who doesn’t agree is obviously uneducated. Seriously guys, I mean…..come on. Why can’t you all just accept a few more beheadings, jihads, and other acts of fanatical lunacy in order to save this precious, bug? Quick, someone get in touch with Pixar…..let’s get this thing rolling before nobody cares!

Health Care

Conservatives – The fact that there are those out there who cannot afford healthcare is sad indeed but it in no way means that the government should step in and force a “one-size-fits-all” form of care upon us all. This problem, like so many of the other problems facing our nation needs to be put to the test of private enterprise.
Liberals – Constitution be damned!! You pay for my morality free health insurance or I’m going to go on the news and make sure everyone knows you’re a racist redneck. I’m entitled to my fair share of baby-killin but I need you to pay for it, okay? I can’t work, I gotta bruised ego. Doc says it requires constant video games, bong-hits, and canned pasta. Don’t discriminate, man,

Religion

Conservatives - “Separation of Church and state” does not appear anywhere in the United States Constitution. We don’t believe that church absence should be c0nsidered a crime, but those who choose to attend should not be oppressed by those who don’t. This country WAS founded upon Christian morals and the belief that individual pursuit of Faith should be afforded to every American.
Liberals – “If God was real, she’d be a liberal” Liberals believe that God is a crutch for those too weak, stupid, or easily manipulated to see things through a liberal lens.

Taxes

Conservatives – A smaller government requires fewer taxes. A smaller government oversees the defense of the country and insures that laws are passed to serve and protect only the interests of the country as a whole, not just an ideology.
Liberals – Give us everything you have so that we can give it to those who give us nothing. Do it blindly because you never know when you’re going to find yourself right smack in the middle of one of our created victim pools. You’re too weak to support yourselves and we must do it for you. Now pay up.

Dogs

Conservatives – We love dogs. Dogs are happy to see us when we get home from a long, hard day of supporting others. Dogs protect our babies. Dogs don’t care what color our skin is. Dogs, if they had thumbs, would support the competitive nature of capitalism.
Liberals: They eat dogs. That’s right folks, if you see a man eating a Dachshund and paying for it with YOUR debit card…..chances are that man is a liberal.

News came to the surface this week that His Barackness once ate a dog. I’m not sure if there was a great chase beforehand or if this braised pooch was served to him, but at some point in his life, Obama has tasted hound. Set the myriad other failures aside…..forget the outright disdain he has shown the Constitution…..forget if you can the billions of dollars he has cost us with his so called “investments” of our money…..set all of those things aside and just ask yourself one question: Can you trust the Presidency to a man who knows what dog tastes like?

Aiding and Abetting…..

Is that our problem? Did the King (Elvis, not Obama) manage to sum up the entire scope of American politics and maybe even our society there in that simple, lip-curling, quote? Setting aside Elvis’ affinity for Quaalude flavored doughnuts, there actually is some sense in the words above. Especially when compared to the predicament in which we currently find ourselves.

Today, image seems to be everything. Everybody’s a star and nobody’s unique. Everybody’s better than everyone else so no accomplishment is worthy of praise. In fact, a genuine accomplishment is often frowned upon simply because of public opinion. Greed and an overwhelming sense of self-importance have taken over the very fiber of our country. We say that we want better for our children. We say we don’t contribute personally to the creeping kudzu of fabricated warfare, yet abstinence from combat is often not an option. Our brains simply won’t let us accept what we interpret as inferiority. The noblest of men in our country have, at one time or another, fallen prey to the proverbial “I want what he’s got” mentality. Entire industries have been built upon the notion of attaining what can’t currently be afforded. Our government essentially operates under this mentality.

Whatever happened to saving and yearning for something you can’t currently afford? It’s called entitlement and if you are in favor of getting life handed to you for little to no effort, perhaps this would be a good time for you to catch some form of public transportation right on out of this conversation. For those who believe in working your butts off and only going after that which you can currently afford with what is currently yours to give…..please read and share the following examples of desired image being provided to those who have done nothing to earn it.

We’ve all heard about the expansion of fraud within the major entitlement programs. Medicare, Medicaid, housing services, food stamps have topped the GAO’s list of waste, fraud and abuse for decades yet they have grown exponentially. In other words, more and more people have figured out that taking something for free is easier than working for it. I’m not saying that no one deserves welfare so put that ridiculous, race-baiting, victim creating nonsense back in your tent and take a little weed-nap, occupier! What I am saying is that the loopholes which allow such abuse are being ignored by those who could close them and exploited by those who gain from them. Our government is hemorrhaging money and all we hear from our ~~leaders~~ President and Congress is “it’s all his fault” or “it’s because {insert manufactured oppressor here} hates the {insert manufactured voting victim here}.”

Take a look at the so called Buffett Rule Obama is so excited about. Every time he gets to talk about increasing the tax burden of the “rich” or forcing the wealthy to pay their “fair share” he gets visibly giddy. We, as a country, are trillions of dollars in debt. The Buffett rule, over the next decade, would bring in an estimated $46.7 billion. Under Obama’s proposals, our debt would increase by $7 TRILLION over that same decade. The Buffet Rule would make up exactly .667142857% of the money Obama plans to spend over the next decade. The men that Obama parades out onto the stage with him when he promotes this ludicrous idea are men who, like Mitt Romney, earn the majority of their income off of capital gains and dividends, not taxable wages. Notice no one is suggesting that those rates be touched. You know who will be affected the most by these new rules? It’s the young pro-athlete who is out there blindly promoting Obama because of a shared skin tone. He’s the one who earns over a million dollars a year in taxable income. It’s the idiotic little actress who uses her fame to promote Obama as the Messiah. Those people are the ones that Obama counts on in November. Those are the people that will promote Obama’s message of “fairness.” Their fame provides all the authority that will be needed to make them credible supporters in Obama’s constant campaign. In a society where disrespectful sound-bytes equal power and credibility, Obama has inserted himself as King.

This morning, I heard the delightful tale of another blatant misuse of a once noble idea. Kimball Clark, a 45 year old Boston man who has had a long history of “disagreement” with the police, was once again locked up for selling heroin. His “disagreement” stems from the fact that he believes he should be able to sell heroin while the police maintain that it’s still illegal and punishable by arrest. During the booking process at a Dorchester, MA Police Lockup, Clark was overheard making his one phone call to tell someone to “go get {his} EBT card and go to an ATM to get cash and bail him out.” He used his taxpayer funded EBT card to post bail for drug distribution. Now, I’m sure I will be called a racist for bringing this topic up in such a light but where in the hell does a man’s skin color give him the right to use MY money to bail him out of jail for selling drugs? I don’t care if Kimball Clark was as green as Gumby or as blue as a Smurf, he abused a system whose scope was never intended to cover his illegal activities and inherent lifestyle.

EBT Cards began replacing food stamps in the 1990’s. They essentially work like an ATM card only it’s you and me working for the money that goes into the accounts, not the cardholder. Since cash can be obtained from the cards, we are essentially funding whatever the cardholder chooses to do. Drugs, and porn all the way to tithing and baby formula. The intent of the program, like so many before it, was heartfelt. Unfortunately, loopholes are exploited and broadcast long before authorities can close them up.

Social Security Disability fraud is rampant yet very little seems to be done about it. In July of last year, Judge David Daugherty of West Virginia stepped down amidst an investigation into the fact that he approved almost every disability claim that came before his court. Eighteen months of Social Security disposition data show Daugherty decided 2,104 disability cases between Sept. 26, 2009, and March 25, 2011. He denied benefits in four cases. That equaled an approval rate of 99.8 percent. Anybody hear about this? No matter what was found in the course of that particular investigation, it points to a much bigger, systemic problem in our culture. It points to the fact that a judge was rumored to be giving out free money and 2,104 people lined up outside his court for their “fair share.”

Entitlement programs do not need to be expanded. They need to be enforced. The government does not need to support those who are simply lining up for a handout. If someone is truly unable to provide for themselves, then I praise God that we live in a country willing to step in and help. That’s what these programs were designed to do. That’s great. What I don’t agree with is this mentality that nothing is out of reach for anyone in this country.

I want to take my family to Hawaii for about ten days next year. Is there a government program I should ask to provide this trip or should I just buckle down and save my money and earn the trip? Remember when attaining the goal was as important as the goal itself? Remember when the struggle and the journey enriched the achievement?

“Fair Share” does not mean “free.” By living in this country you are given the fair share of the freedom due to you, but you are also expected to maintain your fair share of the responsibility. You don’t get the money without putting in the work. You don’t get to waste our precious electoral system by voting for the candidate you feel will give you the most free stuff. You don’t get to discredit the intentions of our Constitution by manipulating it to serve only your personal interests. Don’t expect His Barackness or any of his little handbag Chihuahuas to attack this issue. Don’t expect any politician to attack this issue. Doing so will immediately cost them votes. Besides, I’m not sure we want to know the entire scope of the fraud that has ruined our country’s initiative, motivation, and net worth. The change in this arena will come from a constant and impossible to ignore outcry whenever abuse is suspected. Politicians are afraid of losing the votes of those who benefit from fraud but why are those votes they depend on? Why is more not being done to bring shame onto those who are essentially robbing each and every one of us? Stand up and fight, dammit!

We Want A Divorce…..

Mr. President…..we want a divorce. We entered into this union having been terribly misled. Your charm and promises may have swept a few people off their feet in 2008, but those people have suffered at the hands of your orthodoxy over the last three and a half years and are now firmly standing on more logical ground.

In the midst of divorce proceedings, parents are often asked to say something nice about the other. President Obama has run a nice campaign, I’ll give him that. He oversaw the operation that ended the life of Osama bin Laden…..for that this country will be eternally grateful. When he sang Al Green in front of a crowd, he earned a few cool points. He’s a determined little bugger. Is commenting on the purple-ish hue in someone’s complexion considered “nice?” How about the fact that the graying of his hair has in no way left him looking like a Java Chip Frappuccino?

All kidding aside, there are several other points a judge may consider when hearing the custody arguments in a divorce case. Essentially, that’s the battle in which we find ourselves right now. We are in a battle to win the custody of our country. America is currently splitting it’s time between the lunacy of Barack Hussein Obama and the logic of the people who oppose him. Let’s look at a few of the things a judge would consider if the election was actually handled like a custody hearing.

· What are the wishes of the country and both “parents?”

COUNTRY: Would simply like to survive.
US: We would like to see our country flourish like it certainly has the ability to do. We believe in our country and we can’t wait to see what miracle it delivers next.
OBAMA: America is a liar. That b!+@# has brainwashed them into believing I’m bad.

· Is there a pattern of destructive behavior?

COUNTRY: Yes
US: Yes
OBAMA: I…..I’m so in love with you….(devilish grin and possibly a wink at the judge as he again bursts into Al Green.)

· Where is the safety of the country best represented?

COUNTRY: With ANY of the four guys running for President.
US: On our side of the aisle.
OBAMA: The country doesn’t want safety, they want an electric car and free abortions.

· With whom does the country have a better relationship?

COUNTRY: Again, it’s with ANYBODY but Barry.
US: Most assuredly with us. We instill moral values, believe in the power of the individual, not the government, and are genuinely proud of the accomplishments of free-market competition. We believe you are what you make yourself, not what the government makes for you.
OBAMA: You’re all here to serve me. Separation of powers is an antiquated notion and I’m here to deliver unto you your own opinion. Got it?

· Are the proposed custodial changes reasonable?

COUNTRY: Not only are they reasonable, they’re all I’ve prayed for in the last three years.
US: Of course they are. They are well planned, proven, and address not only the current needs, but the future needs of the country as well.
OBAMA: Does the proposal grant me the authority to wear a crown in public? Then no, it is not reasonable.

· Are there any mental or physical health issues of which the court should be aware?

COUNTRY: I believe the current President suffers from Antisocial Personality Disorder as evidenced in a well written, thought provoking article I read last Friday.
US: Yes. I believe the President, as he likes to be called, suffers from bouts of acute narcissistic rage as well as delusional reasoning.
OBAMA: Listen, I’m the greatest there’s ever been, okay? I have never done anything that has failed and those who say otherwise are simply waging a war against my….umm….(whispered tone into a still open microphone) somebody let Jay Carney out of his crate and tell him to remind me which one of my characteristics is being oppressed today.

Has Obama displayed a pattern of destructive behavior? While he may not agree that he most certainly has, the evidence favors those who would say ‘yes.’ He most certainly has an inflated sense of self-importance and no one can deny his extreme preoccupation with himself. These facts alone should prove dangerous enough to warrant his “un-election” but a court would want specific examples.

Obsessively forced his unwanted healthcare bill down our throats despite deafening opposition from those he viewed himself as “saving.”
He has inflated the deficit well beyond capacity. A sharp tack to the exterior of our country would literally cause a catastrophic “pop.”
He has appointed an economic advisory team that is nothing short of criminal.
His so called “Green Energy Investments” have taken our money and literally incinerated it in the mobile crematorium he calls the Chevy Volt.
He defends Eric Holder
He has single handedly destroyed our reputation in the Middle East. Where we were once seen as resolute, we are now seen as soft.
He is one of the most divisive, polarizing “leaders” the United States has ever known
1. Race
2. Gender
3. Religion
4. Social Class
5. Political affiliation
He actually believes he has the authority to tell the Supreme Court what he “expects of them” and subsequently believes they should act solely upon his wishes with no regard to the wishes of anyone who may oppose him.

Fortunately, we are not in an actual divorce case with President Obama although it may feel like it over the coming months. Obama is going to do everything he can, just like a bitter, jaded, soon-to-be ex-spouse would do in a divorce case. Accusations are going to fly. Hatred will be displayed, and truths will be scrambled so that they appear to be something they are not. Emotions will be kidnapped and held for ransom on his side of the argument. He’ll promise us the world, just like the “Disney-Dad” he’s making himself out to be. We should no longer be surprised by these antics. It’s all he’s done throughout this “marriage.” We must stand firm and remain confident in the fact that the truth is on our side and it ALWAYS surfaces at the most inconvenient of times for those who try to suppress it.

Bastard’s Birthday…..

ObamaCare, as it will be called throughout this piece, has now entered it’s second year of existence. According to a recent ABC News / Washington Post Poll, over two thirds of Americans, regardless of party affiliation, believe that the law should be repealed based on it’s author’s tenuous grasp of the United States Constitution. While several of the Constitutional infractions seem so painfully obvious, the upcoming hearings in the Supreme Court don’t really bring the level of confidence they should to either side of the party. Those of us hoping that ObamaCare’s second birthday will be it’s last are not all that confident that our Supreme Court is not corrupted by the insatiable ego of His Elena Barackness. It’s been well documented that Obama was granted a private meeting with all but one of the Supreme Court Justices prior to his inauguration. Conspiracy theorists and sane people alike have concluded that the meeting was in some sort of reference to the yet-to-be explained discrepancies in Obama’s birth certificate. Then there’s the presence of Justice Kagan. Many believe she should recuse herself from these hearings based on her political influence used in promoting ObamaCare and her much publicized “wallering in the mud” after the necessary votes were gathered for the law’s passage.

The fact that the Supreme Court has a conservative majority within it’s ranks does little to quell the nervousness in the American people. But let’s put all that aside. There’s nothing we can do about the decisions made on that hill, in those robes. Let’s take a look at the notable absence of His Barackness from all the hoopla surrounding his little liberal baby. ObamaCare, a name which now seems to be offensive to His Barackness and all his quivering little counterparts, was supposed to be this President’s signature piece of legislation. This was supposed to be the thing that put his name in the history books as one of the greatest leaders the world had ever known. He campaigned on the grand promises of universal healthcare. He promised us little, but he did it with shiny words, so his infected base of support happily followed. This Act was supposed to be the crowning achievement of his presidency yet, he is painstakingly absent from any and all discussion surrounding ObamaCare, or the Affordable Care Act as he is now calling it. Funny, how “ObamaCare” was perfectly acceptable when people were buying into the hype. The man is trying to distance himself from a bill that for all intents and purposes CARRIES HIS NAME!

While Obama flies around the country in Air Force One, campaigning at our expense, he is not campaigning on his bold healthcare initiatives like he did in 2008. ($187,000 per hour to operate that plane according to US Military Sources.) A defeat in the Supreme Court next week, or whenever it may be handed down, would surely be devastating to his campaign and a victory might be just as bad. A victory, or a delayed-past-the-election decision, would lend itself to more criticism and conspiracy theory than would a defeat. According to what most view as pretty clear cut language in the Constitution, Obama is staring down the barrel of a defeat on at least the controversial “individual mandate.” The government is simply not allowed to tell us that we “have to” buy something. Auto insurance is only required if you drive. Homeowner's insurance is only required if you buy a home. Neither of these coverages are required by federal law for every citizen, regardless of personal situation.

When Obama was still being carried around the country atop the shoulders of those he ordered to vote for him back in 2008, we were promised four major things about ObamaCare. These four things have conclusively failed and now the whole thing is headed to court. Obama refuses to address the issue.

The Affordable Care Act will lower health care costs – Nope…..new estimates show that family healthcare premiums will increase by an average of $2,000 under this bill.
The law will create hundreds of thousands of jobs – Again; those estimates are proving to be what we call in the business “bull$#!t.” New studies show that over the next decade, ObamaCare will actually cost the country over 800,000 jobs.
ObamaCare will protect Medicaid – Sir, have you been locked in a tee-pee with Ricky Williams and Dave Chappelle? Your plan is currently estimated to be placing over $100 billion of new Medicaid costs onto cash-strapped states. It will also take an estimated $500 billion away from Medicare and encourage many employers to drop coverage for their employees.
ObamaCare will allow Americans to keep their coverage – As long as those Americans are already covered with a government brokered, “Chuck E. Cheese prize” version of healthcare coverage and wish to remain covered under such horrendous conditions.

It’s time to repeal. Healthcare is a private and very individual issue. It should be a personal matter and it should be between patient and doctor. Yes, there are flaws in the current system, but once again the left feels that the solution is total government control. Their response to our contrarian stance on the subject is the same response they give to any other opposition. Those who oppose are uneducated, right-wing, Bible thumping, gun carrying, racist, environment destroying, war loving, extremists that are just here to amuse the almighty liberal. They twist numbers to support their “facts.” They distort polls and cherry pick the ones with which they grant credibility. No more. 67% of us (and I personally believe that number is actually in the low to mid seventies) are against this bill. Two thirds of a country are against something…..shouldn’t the Supreme Court take that into consideration? Happy Birthday, you little bastard.

The Road WE’VE Traveled…..

His Barackness is relying on his Hollywood-esque imagination and the belief that people will generally accept what they see in movies as fact. This is made quite clear in the release of yet another propaganda film about the Immaculated One. The Road We’ve Traveled is the fascinatingly inaccurate tale of President Barack Hussein Obama’s first, and Arrogance hopefully only term. The film is 17 minutes of self-glorifying, fact avoiding, number manipulating, evidence ignoring, Constitution damning dribble. Men with credibility issues to spare appear testifying on behalf of their liberal God. The best defense given to us so far for the estimated $345,000 expense that went into the longest 17 minutes of film I’ve ever watched is to ignore the question. The film features a tired looking Tom Hanks, giving what appears to be one of his most hastily rehearsed performances of all time. Perhaps Obama lent him Teleprompter One for the occasion and the weight of such an honor was weighing heavy on the conscience of Mr. Hanks. Perhaps it was the fact that an overwhelming Obama defeat in November would seriously damage the credibility of Forrest Gump in the future. Mr. Hanks looks dramatically into the camera and with the insincere pleading we have come to love from our celebrities in times of need urges us all to “remember how far we’ve come and look forward to the work still to be done.” I’ll tell you what, Mr. Hanks…..you and your family live on MY budget from now until November 6, 2012 and we’ll see if you still feel the same way. You work your tail off from five-thirty every morning until ten, at the earliest, every night only to bring home enough money to scrape by and then tell me how far we’ve come, okay?

The truth is that we have traveled a long way, it’s just been in the wrong direction. It’s like trying to get to Denver from Saint Louis by going through Atlanta. Of course, that flight pattern might not be all that illogical to someone who never has to pay for a plane ticket. It might not be that out-of-the-way to someone who makes the schedule and Road 2 enjoys watching his loyal subjects squirm under his refusal to follow it. You see, while His Barackness is spending $345,000 to make a movie about himself, the country to whom he’s pitching his masterpiece is suffering. Joseph Goebbels and Dax Sheppard would be extremely proud of the efforts made by Hollywood and Obamanyte. He has managed to take horrendously destructive decisions made during his Presidency and twist them so that they are actions worthy of our constant praise. Not only our praise, but the praise of history as well.

Sadly, this is the first in what is no doubt going to be a ton of propaganda films and infomercials soon to be released on behalf of America’s most polarizing President. The man has accumulated, over the course of three and a half years of constant campaigning, close to a billion dollars. He openly brags about it through his designated hype-men. Of course it’s intimidating, and that’s exactly what it’s supposed to be. No one has ever questioned the ability of His Barackness to run a campaign. What we do question is the fact that he is not spending ANY of that money to cover the taxpayer funded travel aboard Air Force One. Yes, I’m well aware of the fact that other Presidents have done the same thing, but not to the extent by which Obama is doing it. Obama uses Air Force One like his own, personal vehicle. That’s not “fair.” In a world where everybody has to be fair, and every playing field has to be level, Obama is campaigning at an estimated taxpayer expense of $181,757 PER HOUR according to the United States Military. That’s the cost of operating Air Force One these days. That doesn’t include the forward security teams, travelling staff, or event expenses…..just the flight. Before you liberals start going nuts about the fact that all presidents use Air Force One, let me clarify my position….. I don’t care if Obama is using the plane for governing reasons. As much as I despise the cost of flying this man’s dangerously infectious disease into the minds of other countries, the plane itself is a necessary perk of the Office. My problem is with Obama’s use of the plane for campaign purposes. His competition must pay their own way, so why shouldn’t Obama be asked to withdraw some funds from his “war-chest” to offset the expense he’s passing onto us. If I don’t Gas Prices agree with the message of a particular candidate, why should i have to fund their campaign in ANY fashion? I don’t care if other Presidents have done the same, that doesn’t make it right. Other presidents have not bragged about a billion dollar war-chest and then flown around the country at OUR expense to promote a movie about the “Road He’s Traveled.”

The road WE’VE traveled over the last three and a half years has been littered with broken promises and skewed morals. The signs alongside that road have displayed atrocious gas prices that continue to rise. We’ve been forced to dodge “green energy” failures like Solyndra and the burnt out, skeletal remains of Chevy Volts along the journey. We’ve watched helplessly as our home values have steadily declined with each passing mile. We can’t afford to buy the food along the only road your “leadership” has made accessible to us, yet we get to hear you make clever jokes at our expense. We get to hear that you believe us to be part of the “flat-earth society” because we happen to believe your claims of cooperation with the oil industry to be pure frontier gibberish. You’ve spent billions of our dollars in an attempt to force us to drive on your road in the official pace car of your ideology. When that car bursts into inevitable flames, we are now being forced to seek care in a facility of your choosing. Yes, Mr. President, it’s been a long road, for sure. You have carjacked us multiple times along this journey, and quite frankly sir, we have nothing left to give. You’ve stolen our patience and chopped it up for sale as parts. You’ve pawned our integrity for new rims and a hydraulic lift. You’ve ignored our pleas for leniency and you have cast aside the traditions and customs we hold dear as a people. The Constitution of the United States of America is not optional. Your complete disregard for this all-important document would be comical if not so potentially destructive. The road we’ve traveled has only been a vacation in the eyes of you and your insulated circle of self-worship. You’ve taken our concerns and ridiculed them; laughing at the fact that we are paying for your stage.

Christianity tells me that if I am able to resist the temptation to judge you, then I will be spared judgment. If I can refrain from condemning you, then I will not be condemned. The Bible (Luke 6:37-8) tells me that if I forgive you, I too will be forgiven but dammit if you’re not making that nearly impossible. THAT’s the road we, the American people have traveled since late 2008. We really appreciate that yours has been so much more glorious.

In Defense of Cowards….

I know this is a bit of a dated reference, but think back to the movie A Few Good Men with Tom “Starship-Crazy” Cruise and Jack Nicholson. Aside from the obvious problems that would be present in a reality where Jack Nicholson was in charge of Gitmo, the movie does bear a striking resemblance to the world in which we now find ourselves. Remember how scared the two Marines standing trial became when they were forced to accept the fact that those who outranked them were far less loyal to the Corps and it’s principals than they were? They were terrified, yet they still acted in accordance with the laws of “their corps.”

That’s a loyalty and a bond that only those who have served will ever truly understand and even many of those simply enjoy it without understanding. The actors who played the roles of the two Marines in the film were allowed to go home and enjoy the fruits of their terrific performances. The five soldiers who were recently discovered to have been involved in the accidental burning of Qurans in Afghanistan are not afforded such luxuries. Reuters reports that senior clerics in Afghanistan, speaking in statements made via Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s office, have said that “U.S. apologies will never be accepted. Those who committed this crime must be publicly tried and punished.” Now, I don’t know about you, but I just have a really hard time imagining our boys getting any form of “innocent until proven guilty” in an Afghan courtroom. Does that make me racist? I don’t really care any more.

Can you imagine being one of the five soldiers involved? You’ve seen the spotty videos of the throbbing crowds all over the dusty, dirty, primitive country….imagine being the one they are all mad at. Really try to picture the emotions you would be going through today. Luckily, our military has trained away a lot of the fears a normal American would be feeling, but do you honestly believe that you would be courageously confident if your feet were stuffed into the dusty, worn combat boots of one of those five soldiers? I think even great writers like Thor, Baldacci, and Flynn would have a tough time guiding their famed characters through the maze of the fear that must be going through the minds of those soldiers. They hear the throngs of rioters outside the gates of their bases. They see the increased level of alert on the faces of their brothers. They hear the reports of soldiers dying as a result of their unintentional actions but they don’t get any reprieve. Can you imagine being in their shoes? Now, can you imagine being in their shoes and believing that the executive level of United States Government cares about you? The libs will say that I’m just being hateful, or racist, or unfair, or a right-wing nutjob, or any of the other clever names they throw at us to avoid discussing anything that makes the Immaculated One look bad but the fact is that they are defending Barack Hussein Obama from the comfort of their climate controlled homes, in the safety of their own familiar geography, with a significantly fewer number of rioting Muslims outside the borders of their neighborhoods. Those who say Barack Obama was right to apologize are simply wrong. Obama’s apology has fueled the mobs. His apology has emboldened the Muslim world and they now believe that we will just hand over our soldiers to be tried in their primitive, hateful, version of justice. This cannot be allowed to happen.

For too long our military has been asked to carry out the missions politics won’t permit. Obama is the commander of the military yet when their actions offend, or in some way hurt those who support campaign, he can’t distance himself fast enough. Our military deserves better. Our military deserves leaders who suffer right alongside them and look for solutions that keep America first, not poll numbers. I’m assuming that the soldiers receiving the brunt of the backlash for this accident are not above the rank of Lieutenant. They are most likely E-4’s or lower. At that pay-grade, in an already hostile environment, orders are not questioned. Orders are followed regardless of how it may look. A commanding officer tells you to incinerate a pile of books, you don’t look through the pile of books and take out the ones you think might be in there by mistake! Should the Qurans have been spared? Sure. Should the prisoners at Parwan Detention Facility be allowed to use the Qurans provided to them by US Taxpayers to communicate their handwritten extremist messages but then cry foul when someone else desecrates it? I for one could not be more sick of hearing about our soldiers dying in the name of protecting Muslim sensitivities. I’m willing to bet there were a few Bibles burned in the World Trade Center. Anybody ever apologize to us for that? Had there been a pile of Bibles on any of the planes used in the cowardly acts of September 11, 2001; would they have landed the planes out of respect for Christianity?

We discuss politics and poll numbers while our soldiers stare down the enemy wondering if they will be forced to pull their trigger. We enact laws that support the needs of the most vocal and well represented - soldiers defend our right to do so. We worry about the price of gas while they sleep in a hole in the dirt. We stand silently by as our President apologizes before an investigation has even concluded. We apologize for accidentally burning a pile of discarded rubbish seized from prisoners, yet our soldiers are forced to standby and watch as the American Flag is burned daily. I understand that the Quran is their Holy Book, but as liberals love to point out, the United States is NOT a Church-state. In our country, the flag is just as important as the Quran is to them. Especially among the military. I have absolutely zero respect for our current President but I will get down on a knee and pray to the one true God that Barack Hussein Obama respects the military enough to fight tooth and nail to avoid an Afghan trial. Any of those five soldiers would take a bullet to protect the President. Not to protect Barack Hussein Obama, but to protect the United States President. There’s a BIG difference. It’s a difference that those soldiers most assuredly understand but one that seems to elude the logic of Papa Barry.

If you were stuck behind those walls, would you feel confident that Barack Obama cares more about you than his own campaign? Honestly? Our military deserves better. Our military deserves the respect of their President and their country; not disdain and abandonment in the face of political pressure. Our military deserves the same humble integrity from those they protect as they demand of themselves. Our military deserves a President who sheds tears over the names of each and every fallen soldier, not one that recites their numbers only when it adds impact to a speech.
