The Victory Celebration That Was Neither…..

Every fiber of my being tells me I should be furious right now, but quite frankly; fury is not the emotion that comes to mind. Of course I’m never happy when His Barackness is given reason to celebrate but my general mood simply doesn’t match the level of fear I’ve held in anticipation of this day for the last two months. Maybe it’s the fact that I just returned home from a wonderful vacation with my entire family, or maybe it’s the fact that Obama’s celebration, as is the case with so much of his presidency, seems cheap and insincere. It’s as if he knows this victory is not really a victory.

The overall response to the Supreme Court’s decision today is confusion. I do not appear to be alone in my bewilderment. Those of us who had prepared for anger and revolution in response to the ruling we were handed this morning find ourselves in possession of contradictory emotions. We know at our core that ObamaCare is a bad thing. We are intelligent enough to know that the sight of a celebrating Obama is never a good thing. We’ve been conditioned to know that Obama’s celebrations usually mean devastation and misery for those of us on whose behalf he claims victory. A perfect example of this would be the arrogance with which Obama said in response to the SCOTUS ruling that “…now is the time to keep our focus on the most urgent issue of our time….putting people back to work…..” Apparently His Barackness believes the Catholic Church was bluffing in their promise to close all Catholic Hospitals in this country if forced to obey an “unjust law.” Apparently, Obama defines victory for the 765,894 employees of those hospitals as entry into the community of victimization known as unemployment. Those people, in Obama’s mind, must suffer for their insubordination and stubborn indignation in their opposition to his brilliance. Three quarters of a million people out of work is a mere grain of sand on a beach compared to the number of jobs companies will be forced to scrap in order to pay for this bill. But who really won today? Did Obama really win as his openly displayed arrogance would seem to suggest. The answer is an emphatic “NO!”

Obama did not win. Don’t be fooled. Don’t be hoodwinked any more. Don’t let the celebrity laden celebrations fool you. Don’t let the reaction of hospital administrators fool you either. Their celebration is strictly financial and has absolutely nothing to do with the healthcare YOU will receive in the future. The only celebration to be found in the executive levels of major hospitals today is the hope that they will soon be recouping millions of dollars in previously “uncompensated care.” The flood of “newly insured” patients clogging the arteries of our nation’s healthcare facilities is the elephant in the room. It’s a topic almost impossible to discuss without shades of racism but it’s a certain future. Despite the liberal pleasing agony that is sure to come, it’s still not a victory for Obama.

Today’s ruling is not a victory for Obama in the fact that this whole hearing and ensuing speculation has revealed that it is wildly unpopular among voters. It will be very hard for Obama to win on a campaign of “I passed the biggest tax increase in American history.” It will be very difficult for Obama to win in November after what is sure to be four solid months of logical dissent. People who are currently cheering the ruling are doing so because they don’t understand its impact. Four months is a long time to educate those people. By saying it was “definitely not a tax” in the beginning but then pitching the law as a “tax” to the Supreme Court, liberal lawyers won the battle but lost the war. They handed over the White House to Mitt Romney. Plain and simple. Obama swore there would be “no tax increases” during his presidency and he has now championed the largest in history. His “victory” has exposed him as a liar once more. The fact that he did not use the word “tax” one single time in his response to the ruling should tell you how much he fears the backlash. The fact that money is now pouring into the Romney campaign should tell you how America feels. This “victory” that Obama is celebrating today is like a football team celebrating a win in which every starter was injured. The American people do not want this law. Whether it’s a tax or not, it’s not what we want. Obama is publicly celebrating the fact that he’s exerting his will over all of us and it is going to come back and bite him in his lying ass in November.

Many of you are calling for the execution of Justice Roberts’ career today and at first glance I was right there with you. However, after reading his decision, it’s painfully obvious that Justice Roberts is playing for a much bigger victory than the one Obama’s insincerely celebrating today. Justice Roberts was expected to uphold the opinion of the party for whom he was appointed to represent in battles like this. People, he did just that. It’s not easy to see right now through the haze of anger and celebrating political foes, but Justice Roberts just gave Romney every piece of ammunition he will need to evict Obama and his insane ideology from the White House in November. Justice Roberts also forced the repeal battle back into Congress where it can be argued on a political stage. Advantage Republicans. The bill is likely to become even more unpopular as more and more people realize that it is in fact a tax as we’ve said all along. Clips of Obama lecturing his interviewers who dared to call the penalty for not having health insurance a “tax” will be played from now until November 6^th and they will only serve to prove that this man is an incompetent, deceptive, liar. Those in Congress who choose to side with Obama during the inevitable Congressional repeal process will do so in public and at their own peril. Justice Roberts, while unpopular today, may have just delivered what we are all really asking for. He forced Obama to celebrate something that voters hate. He forced the Obamanites in Congress to publicly display their constituent crushing loyalty. This ruling, while unpopular on its surface is a good thing.

While we are all a little disappointed in the Supreme Court today, it must be pointed out that they did their job. The way the argument was presented to them during the hearings left them no choice but to uphold the law. The fact that the liberals swore it to be anything but a tax in 2009 bears no relevance in their decision. Their job was to evaluate the facts as they were presented to them. If we wanted the “tax” issue taken out of the argument, we should have hired better lawyers. We didn’t and now this is the battle we face. Luckily, Justice Roberts is in fact on our side and he has arranged for this battle to be fought on our home field. He has arranged for this battle to take place against the backdrop of a Congress that has failed to pass a budget even once during Obama’s presidency. He’s arranged for this battle to take place prior to the election, not after as Obama so desperately wanted. One way or another, the support Obama needs to truly “win” is going to be noticeably absent when called to action. Even more importantly, the gift of Justice Roberts’ decision will force fools like Pelosi, Rangel, and Reid to publicly execute themselves…..on the record…..for all the world to see. A repeal vote is coming before the Presidential election, folks. It could come as early as next month. How will the quivering little handbag Chihuahuas protect themselves and their careers without denouncing their golfing God? When asked to choose between their own political futures and Obama’s, who do you think they will choose?

Like I said in the beginning of this article, I know I should feel angry today, but I just don’t. Despite the celebrations of my opponents today, I feel victorious. I feel like the kid who gets the keys to his dream car on his fifteenth birthday. Can’t drive it yet. Have to watch as others enjoy the thrill of my gift but eventually, that car will be mine. Eventually, this country will be free from the insane ideology of Barack Hussein Obama and Justice Roberts deserves some of the credit for that glorious and rapidly approaching day.

Comedy of Errors…..

Ladies and gentlemen, we’re being shielded. Our elected leaders do not believe we are capable of understanding their “folly” as Mr. Spencer so eloquently alluded in the quote above. I don’t know of anyone that would go on the record as believing every word given them by the United States government. Somewhere along the way, our government became less and less about defending the country it was elected to protect and more and more about competing streams of ideology. The words we do receive from our government are filtered by the news source from which we choose to suckle. Our perception of the world around us is literally forged by the minds of directors and producers; editors and anchors; columnists and bloggers; politicians and advisors. Lately, to my sincere delight, it’s been the liberals or “progressives” as they prefer to be called suffering catastrophic injuries at the hands of their own actions. Hey, morons….giving yourself a positive sounding moniker doesn’t change the fact that your whole way of thinking is simply disastrous. You can be as “progressive” as you want but if you’re progressing toward doom at a greater rate than your opponent, perhaps bragging isn’t the best course of action. The structural damage sustained by the liberal party in last week’s Wisconsin Recall slap-fest has not been fully absorbed yet because, as usual, we’re being shielded. We are shielded by the very people on whom we rely so heavily for our opinions.

It’s actually quite comical…..or at least it would be if the stakes weren’t so high. The liberals used to have such a commanding ownership of the political landscape in this country. It’s the same kind of guilt we all felt in 2000, as the tech bubble burst and the reality of Clinton’s presidency started to come to light. All those things for which Clinton so gleefully took credit were the very things from which he and Ben Franklin…..I mean…..Hillary couldn’t distance themselves fast enough once the pillars of their bragging rights started crumbling around them. Sadly, despite our own conservative backbones telling us to prepare for the end of the stock market earnings frenzy, we all got a little greedy. Seriously though….what’s with Hillary’s appearance lately? Nobody has offered an explanation as to why she suddenly looks like a slightly melted wax sculpture of Christopher Walken. I’m waiting, patriots!

This race is far from over, but it sure does a conservative heart good to see Obama and his loyal minions stumbling as often as they have lately. In no way should the fact that Romney hasn’t had to throw a punch yet be interpreted as an unobstructed path to November victory, but it really does make it so much more entertaining to watch. There seems to be a sense that Obama and his ideas, excuses, and inherent failures are all on their way out but they just don’t know it yet. Conservatives watch with gleeful pride as those we have long suspected of being the mental equivalent of drug-mules collapse under the weight of their own lunatic perversions. Since we, as a conservative pool of thought, are not bound by the need for mob frenzy like those on the left, we keep our excitement and cheer to ourselves. We keep our hope and certainty of the future beyond November tucked carefully within the forefront of our minds. We’ve learned the lessons of our own unjustifiable and excessive confidence, arrogance, and illogical grasp of the world around us. They were painful, indelible lessons that left scars in the history of this great country, and they were our fault. The advantage we have in this go-round is the fact that we are actually capable of learning lessons from our own mistakes. We are capable of recognizing our own mistakes. Liberals are not so lucky in that regard. Barack Hussein Obama, the benign sovereign, continues to shoot himself in the foot with such frequency that it’s often hard to keep up. Not once has he taken the time to sit back, admit fault, and ask for forgiveness. He dares to insult us with accusations that we’ve “lost our imagination” as a country, but he has never once found fault with his own logic. Just this week, his feet have suffered heavy fire from the barrels of his own weaponry in the following stories.

On Saturday afternoon in the peaceful town of San Gabriel, California which is located to the northeast of Los Angeles, United States Commerce Secretary John Brsyon believed he had been given the keys to the United States economy and drove it like Obama himself had been his driver’s education instructor. Sadly, it was not a metaphorical vehicle that Secretary Bryson was driving. It was a Lexus and he managed to cause multiple accidents. He even managed to strike one car TWICE, but nary a mention in the mainstream media. To be fair, details are still emerging and no mention of drugs or alcohol have been made as of yet but can anyone look me in the eye and honestly tell me that the facts would get in the way of over-reporting this story if Mr. Bryson was one of ours? If he wasn’t the man Obama had referred to as the “voice of the business community” within his cabinet, is there any doubt that investigation of this case would be a mere formality as guilt would have been assigned before the cracks in his windshield finished spreading. It’s felony hit-and-run people. Are we just sweeping that one under the rug these days?

Good old Nancy Pelosi, the “Old Faithful” of stupidity, stated this week that ObamaCare is an American “right” not a privilege. According to our very own House Minority Leader, our United States Constitution guarantees free healthcare to those who make less than CEO level income. Seriously, anyone who believes Nancy Pelosi is a sane person should be locked away immediately. They are danger to themselves and others. NOWHERE does our Constitution mention healthcare. What it DOES mention is the freedom to practice religion. How does that stack up against the contraception mandate Ms. Tammy-Faye-Meets-The-Joker? The Bill of Rights also states very clearly that the federal government does NOT have the right to take a citizen’s property for public use without providing just compensation. It also provides such agenda crushing language as “the powers not designated to the United States by its Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively or to the people.” That doesn’t sound like it’s giving the government the right to take money from those making more than 400% of the federal poverty level in order to provide free healthcare to those who make less. Does it? Time to reload, Mr. President. You seem to have a toe remaining!

We’ll save the reports by the Gallup Organization showing that 1/3 of Union members support Mitt Romney in the 2012 Presidential Election. We’ll set aside the fact that our very own US Department of Housing and Urban Development recently announced plans to spend 70 MILLION of our dollars to teach people how to spend the BILLIONS of our dollars they already have. We’ll get back to those in future articles but for now we must give some of our time to the latest and greatest from the Supreme Campaigner himself. Have you ever heard anything as ridiculous as “the private sector is doing fine?” Does this man not realize his words will be scrutinized? Does he know that he has not yet been re-elected and that every time he or one of his idiot supporters open their mouths, the likelihood of such an event occurring are greatly diminished? The President of your United States of America declares an end to the suffering among non-cushy-government-job types. Despite numbers and data that show exactly the opposite to be true, Obama insults us all with more nonsense about success and prosperity that simply doesn’t exist. Then, to make matters even worse, Obama sends out David Axelrod to clean up his mess. That’s right, America. Since Obama himself is far too busy and important to explain our lack of understanding where his brilliance is concerned, and Biden’s an idiot…..we get his Campaign Chairman! We’re not even worthy of an “official” explanation from the Administration? We get a campaign commercial instead? One that doesn’t even answer our questions and instead calls us “stupid” through a crumb littered mustache? That’s all the respect His Barackness has for us? Again, if the stakes weren’t so high, this would be great comedy.

Dog Eat Dog…..

That guy that cut me off in traffic this morning; the one in the crappy little sports car that might have been cool back in the days of Dawson’s Creek but even then was considered to be the vehicle of choice among guys who were able to articulate an opposition to their mother’s decision to stop breast feeding; the one who caused me to do the paternal “arm-belt” across the chest of my seven-year old son as I pushed my brakes to the floorboard…..I wanted revenge. I wanted to choke him with his own tie but eventually, cooler heads prevailed and thought I was I was going to be able to enjoy the rest of a peaceful and chatty ride to school with my bruise free mini-clone. A few minutes later, we pulled up beside the same vehicle. I had pretty much let the incident go and was fully immersed in the conversation and curious observations of a young mind when I noticed the bumper sticker on the back windshield of the moron’s coche de caca:

If God were real, she’d be a liberal.

Really? What purpose does that message serve other than to provoke rage in the minds of almost everybody to read it? And you drive like a blind, fifteen year old girl too? Interesting choice of life habits, but to each their own. The whole incident did get me thinking about the differences between liberals and conservatives. Before I ever laid eyes on the bumper sticker, I assumed there was a liberal at the wheel. I made this assumption based on his actions. The openly displayed sense that he and his needs were more important than anyone else or their schedule. Such an instantly recognizable symptom of the liberal disease. Some new information has come to light in the past week which may prove to make the identification of liberals even easier, but first, let’s take a look at a few of the other established and accepted differences as we currently know them.

CONSERVATIVES: We believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty and traditional American values. We believe in a strong, capable, and enviable national defense. We believe that the role of government should be to provide the freedom necessary for individuals to pursue their own goals. Our policies generally emphasize the empowerment of the individual, not government entities.

LIBERALS: Liberals believe that the government is too big to fit within the Constitution. Effective rule of an entire country of people shouldn’t be impeded by such notions as personal accountability, integrity, or physical beauty. Liberals believe that the government should be free to create and exploit as many groups of victims as necessary to support their insane ideas. Liberals believe the government should insure that those who choose not to work are guaranteed the same lifestyle and amenities as those who work hard everyday. Liberals will create victims to fight for, but they expect the vote of those victims in return.

That pretty much sums up the differences in the ideologies, but what about the issues that so often serve as the identifiers in such classifications? Everybody knows that one topic that will bring liberals and conservatives to the surface in any group…..those subjects that simply can’t be ignored by the ears of those who oppose or support the underlying cause. Here’s a few of the more common issues and what each side openly believes about them:

• Abortion
• Conservatives – Life begins at conception. Abortion is the murder of another human being. We vehemently oppose the idea of our tax dollars providing free abortions to those who pay no taxes.
• Liberals – Liberals believe that a woman has the right to decide and when she decides to have an abortion, we should all pay our fair share of that murder. Liberals hate babies.
• Affirmative Action
• Conservatives – Discrimination and racism, where it exists, is deplorable. Where it is manufactured, it is even worse. “Equal opportunity” does not mean that the success of a neighbor guarantees you luxury. Equal opportunity means that you can make whatever you want for yourself in this country as long as you’re willing to work for it. In other words, you get what you pay for. Life’s not always fair, and sometimes others will get chances you think should have been yours but that doesn’t give you the right to take them from those who received their reward.
• Liberals – Ability, drive, ambition, competitive edge, private enterprise…..these are just the words of greedy men. The fact that you have no education shouldn’t stop you from getting that executive level job. You’re the victim here and we’ll flex our big, unionized muscle until the big bad corporation gives you that job. Liberals actively preach against personal responsibility and instead keep a loyal, constantly multiplying, legion of support at their beckon call by promising to conquer the devil that oppresses them as long as they vote left. 
• Economy
• Conservatives – Free market, competitive capitalism, private enterprise…..these notions would have avoided the mess in which the flaming ball of liberal infused Chevy Volt finds itself engulfed. Free market inspection and the scrutiny of competition would have ruined companies like Solyndra, A123 Systems, and Ener1. They never would have survived the “Blue-sky” periods. Competition and public opinion drive our economy. Give us the chance to do what we do best and we can shine like no other country in the history of civilization. Limit us with heavy restrictions, financial uncertainty, and global ridicule and our once bright luster begins to fade.
• Liberals – The people who believe in free markets and capitalism should bankroll the opposing ideology…..hey, that’s us!! Awesome! More free stuff that those idiot capitalists are forcibly donating to us liberals. “Hey Barry…..you awake? What victim group do we assign this to?” 
• Energy
• Conservatives – Oil is abundant here in the United States and, in the frequent words of Bill Clinton, we need to “tap that.” The states where oil is being pumped on private lands are seeing record numbers. Government has banned drilling under liberal rule.
• Liberals – That is not what Clinton meant! Oil is dirty and we should allow our friends in the middle east to handle it so that our beloved American Burying Beetle can once again flourish. The American Burying Beetle….as mentioned in countless children’s stories, is as much a part of our rich history as the stars and stripes themselves. Anyone who doesn’t agree is obviously uneducated. Seriously guys, I mean…..come on. Why can’t you all just accept a few more beheadings, jihads, and other acts of fanatical lunacy in order to save this precious, bug? Quick, someone get in touch with Pixar…..let’s get this thing rolling before nobody cares!
• Health Care
• Conservatives – The fact that there are those out there who cannot afford healthcare is sad indeed but it in no way means that the government should step in and force a “one-size-fits-all” form of care upon us all. This problem, like so many of the other problems facing our nation needs to be put to the test of private enterprise.
• Liberals – Constitution be damned!! You pay for my morality free health insurance or I’m going to go on the news and make sure everyone knows you’re a racist redneck. I’m entitled to my fair share of baby-killin but I need you to pay for it, okay? I can’t work, I gotta bruised ego. Doc says it requires constant video games, bong-hits, and canned pasta. Don’t discriminate, man,
• Religion
• Conservatives - “Separation of Church and state” does not appear anywhere in the United States Constitution. We don’t believe that church absence should be c0nsidered a crime, but those who choose to attend should not be oppressed by those who don’t. This country WAS founded upon Christian morals and the belief that individual pursuit of Faith should be afforded to every American.
• Liberals – “If God was real, she’d be a liberal” Liberals believe that God is a crutch for those too weak, stupid, or easily manipulated to see things through a liberal lens.
• Taxes
• Conservatives – A smaller government requires fewer taxes. A smaller government oversees the defense of the country and insures that laws are passed to serve and protect only the interests of the country as a whole, not just an ideology.  
• Liberals – Give us everything you have so that we can give it to those who give us nothing. Do it blindly because you never know when you’re going to find yourself right smack in the middle of one of our created victim pools. You’re too weak to support yourselves and we must do it for you. Now pay up.
• Dogs
• Conservatives – We love dogs. Dogs are happy to see us when we get home from a long, hard day of supporting others. Dogs protect our babies. Dogs don’t care  what color our skin is. Dogs, if they had thumbs, would support the competitive nature of capitalism.
• Liberals: They eat dogs. That’s right folks, if you see a man eating a Dachshund and paying for it with YOUR debit card…..chances are that man is a liberal.

News came to the surface this week that His Barackness once ate a dog. I’m not sure if there was a great chase beforehand or if this braised pooch was served to him, but at some point in his life, Obama has tasted hound. Set the myriad other failures aside…..forget the outright disdain he has shown the Constitution…..forget if you can the billions of dollars he has cost us with his so called “investments” of our money…..set all of those things aside and just ask yourself one question: Can you trust the Presidency to a man who knows what dog tastes like?

Delusions of Incumbency…..

Yesterday, I read an article by Jana Neweley on her website. Jana writes from a perspective that is unfortunately quite unique but growing rapidly. In the article titled Note to Republicans: Pay No Attention to That Democrat Behind the Curtain; Jana does a fantastic job of explaining the democrat’s campaign strategy. D-D-D (Deflect Distract Deny)

In regards to the War on Religious Freedom, this is how it went on the Democrat’s side: Phase One is DEFLECT = “This has nothing to do with religious freedom or the First Amendment. Republicans don’t want women to be healthy. They want women to suffer. They want women to die.” Phase Two is DISTRACT = “Have you met Susan?” Introduction of a female college student, who uses birth control, in order to make their argument more convincing. “See, we told you so.” Phase Three is DENY = Pay no attention to the “Democrat” behind the curtain. The continued denial that states the new HHS mandate has nothing to do with religious freedom. Nothing to do with the First Amendment. But then the Democrats, like Pelosi, go on to make it a national debate by declaring there’s a WAR ON WOMEN and it’s the Republicans who are to blame.

 

Jana goes on to explain the importance of honesty in defending ourselves against this type of attack. Everybody knows that “the truth will always find its way to the surface eventually.” That’s why it’s a cliché. Not only must we “tell” the truth, but we have to remind each other of what the truth is from time to time. Reality is going to be distorted over the coming months in ways none of us can currently imagine. His Barackness is going to manipulate facts, numbers, emotions, and opinions in his effort to obtain incumbency. It’s up to us to remain focused on the truth. His record will soon leave him unsure of what to defend and what to attack.  

The primaries seem to be all but over. Mitt Romney may or may not be the candidate you would have chosen on your own, but he’s most likely going to be the candidate facing off against Obama in November and the narrative has already begun. We must seize that narrative and maintain our ownership until we see Obama driving his brand new Chevy Volt off the White House parapet. It’s time to unite. It’s time to stop arguing about who would be a better candidate. That decision was made yesterday as Santorum dropped out of the race. Gingrich has terrific ideas and an even better passion, but he has no realistic shot at the nomination. Paul’s chances are even less likely, so put your personal differences aside and focus on the mission.

While defeating Barack Obama is certainly at the top of the priority list, I believe it is equally important to deliver a crushing blow to the ideology that has supported his Immaculate Ascension. We must systematically dismantle the very core of Obama’s belief system. The way to do that is to take the fight to them. Nothing is more demoralizing than to be beaten with your own weaponry. For example: Who doesn’t believe that Mark Sanchez will get hurt just before the inevitable Jets – Broncos playoff game next season? Tebow will step in, win the game dramatically…..give a sincere thanks to God, and then move on. Nothing against Peyton Manning but this story pretty much writes itself. We must use the weapons His Barackness is giving us. We must use those weapons to kick him and all of his little minions right in their Obamacles!

S.L.A.P. – Stop Laugh Address Proceed

• · Stop – Don’t react immediately to accusations and lies.
• · Laugh – Take a moment to enjoy the humor in their fallacies.
• · Address – Distribute legitimate, easily proven facts; dismiss twisted version of reality quickly, efficiently, and convincingly.
• · Proceed –Direct the narrative immediately back to Obama’s record and the reality HE has created for this country. No more hope and change. He’s been reading us a children’s bedtime story but the kids fell asleep over three years ago. It’s time to read something a little more mature and nonfictional.

Predict what they’re going to throw at us. We’ve seen plenty of “film” of their “game plan.” Obama’s going to try to increase the level of pessimism in our country. He’ll fan the flames of the opinion that “nobody could do a good job with what’s left of our country so we might as well just leave it alone.” Jobs were lost because of natural disasters in Japan, not ineptitude…..”we’re drilling more than ever”…..”Bush raised the debt too”…..as Dick Morris so eloquently said yesterday in his daily message: By creating an atmosphere of pessimism, Obama “concedes the field of optimism to Romney.” We must seize that advantage and defend it with everything we’ve got. After all, it was optimism that put Obama in office. It was false optimism supported by fairy tales and pixie dust, held up by the efforts of other people, and constructed by outsourced labor, but it was optimism nonetheless. Optimism is the essential element of the American spirit and Obama has consistently ignored it. Optimism is what fuels free market innovation, entrepreneurial ambition, and success. Pessimism is the enemy of such things. Pessimism has never won a presidential election and we simply cannot allow Obama to take back the optimistic platform once he realizes pessimism is getting him nowhere.

He will skillfully insure that racism is manufactured in instances where it simply wasn’t an original motive. His media legions will make sure that those unwilling to look beyond the sound-byte see Obama as the only one capable of ending the sudden outburst of racially motivated hate in this country. Knock that one out of the air, folks! The color of Obama’s skin has absolutely NOTHING to do with his record. There is no “pigmentation” column…..it’s just wins and losses. It’s not a skin color that I’m voting against; it’s the horrendous track record of an appallingly inept President.

His Barackness will release the likes of Jay Carney and Joe Biden, his two most trusted little handbag Chihuahuas, to spread his scent wherever he is personally unavailable. They will appear in front of union supported crowds, trying to convince us all that the mistakes we think he’s made were actually the fault of his predecessor. He will appear in front of throngs of swooning liberal women. (Yes, that image is what the doctor shows you if you’ve had an erection for more than four hours! Cures that problem IMMEDIATELY!) He’ll tell us that voting against him is the same as punching your own mother, sister, wife, or daughter in the face. Again, we must S.L.A.P. this nonsense right in its ugly little face. There is NO War on Women…..that’s a distraction. There is a War on The Constitution and that’s the war to which we must allocate our ‘troops.’

He will continue to try to paint himself as sympathetic yet powerless in our fight against absurdly high gas prices. He and his drones will recite heavily manipulated statistics and figures to imply that these too are somehow the fault of another president. Nope! We’re not buying it, you walking psych study.

He will do his best to convince us that ObamaCare, even if ruled unconstitutional by the one branch with the authority and duty to do so, is exactly what we all need. He will paint the Supreme Court, who was gloriously capable when dismissing claims against his Birth Certificate, as inept and “unelected.” We know they’re “unelected.” They’re appointed by Presidents. They’re appointed to uphold the ideology of the President who appoints them. If the majority was liberal, he’d be praising their efficiency, I assure you.

He will inflate his accomplishments just as he has done with the auto bailout. He claims victories in a process that actually was designed by his predecessor. The parts of the bailout that failed were the parts that Barack Hussein Obama added to the original plan. Bush didn’t agree to sell Chrysler to Italy. Bush didn’t agree to the exclusive creation of union jobs. Bush didn’t suggest government ownership. Tell the truth.

Obama will use his media legions to convince us that he’s winning a race in which we can find no genuine evidence of his advantage. They will tell us that he’s so far ahead we might as well stay home on November 6^th. I don’t plan to follow that advice…..do you?

Tell the truth. Tell it often and tell it loudly. Do not be afraid for you have much more support and backing than you can possibly imagine. Do not be swayed by clever wordplay or narcissistic charm. Do not be persuaded by manufactured commonalities and adjusted reality. Tell the truth. Remind yourself of the truth and compare it to what you are being told in the news, or from the mouth of your country’s elected leader President. Let the anger that follows fuel you until you cast your vote.

This particular date on the calendar always brings about that special kind of morbid nostalgia in my life. Every year, I’m taken back to a special yet terrifying point in my life. A point that led to a few of the beliefs to which I currently cling. I was just a kid so a lot of the grown-up world was confusing and left up to my own interpretation. Those interpretations were often made through the lenses of youthful innocence.

1979 was a confusing year for a curious six year old kid. What the heck is inflation and why are so many people obsessed with it? It’s all I heard on the TV. I saw the word on the front of those fake newspapers they sold at the checkout lines in the local Albertson’s grocery store. I heard grown-ups complaining about the price of gas and the fact that we seem to be running out of it. Why can’t we get more gas? My parents assumed I was ignoring the stories I heard as they watched the news because I sure as heck ignored their instructions to do my chores on a regular basis. The truth is that I heard all those stories, I just preferred to interpret them on my terms.

I remember Three Mile Island. I couldn’t comprehend the concept of radiation, but I did understand the fact that there had been an accident at a place with  the word “nuclear” in it’s title. To me…..”nuclear” meant “blowing up the world” so I just assumed it was time to make peace with those I had wronged. At dinner that night, I ate my vegetables without being told to do so. Another frequent topic in the news those days was President Carter. The man seemed to invoke facial ticks in my father. Despite my young age, I too believed that Jimmy Carter was a wimp. He used that southern charm to convince people bad was good. He sounded like Huckleberry Hound but in reality, he was just a big old bushel of weakness. The President was supposed to be strong, powerful, and able to defeat all enemies. Everything I knew about kings, leaders, and great military men of history was that they had all performed some kind of heroic deed. My dad was the benchmark as he had just finished flying fighter jets for the Air Force. Heroes were men who had fought wars, won fights, explored uncharted lands, or defeated a determined enemy. Carter was none of those things. When the story of Jimmy Carter and the Swamp Rabbit hit the airwaves, all hope was lost. The man was a wimp.

America needed a leader. They needed a man who would lead, not follow. They needed a man who was slowly but surely starting to make waves on the campaign trail. I got my first taste of what leadership really means on this date in 1979. It was mid-afternoon in Wichita Falls, Texas and my Mom was two and a half hours away in Dallas for a class. My grandparents were coming into town the next day, so my Dad had run up to the bakery at the end of Fairway Boulevard to get some of the Cinnamon Raisin Bread my GrandBob loved so much. My brother and I were watching Popeye and eating a TV dinner when the programming was interrupted.

The sky was black. Not black like it is at night, but black like it would be if someone threw a thick blanket over the sun. There was a certain hue of temporary to the odd colors surrounding our house. A grayish luminescence alerting me to the fact that the calm afternoon I had been enjoying at recess earlier that day was long gone. The trees were bowing to the incoming force and all their leaves were turned over exposing their lighter colored underbellies as if shielding against an attack. As I stood looking out our sliding glass door into the back yard, the landscape was completely unfamiliar. I watched a large bird struggling to fly against the force of the wind. I remember wondering why the bird didn’t land and protect itself……and then BAM…..something big struck the bird and abruptly ended its ill-advised flight. Then it stopped. The debris dropped from the sky and there was an eerie calm in the air. The wind stopped. The hail stopped. The sirens stopped. It seemed like any other day except for the fact that every hair on my arm and neck were standing at rigorous attention. Goosebumps covered my flesh. This was the kind of calm a convicted killer feels in the seconds before the switch is thrown. A tornado was coming.

My little brother Ryan and I had been taught early and often in the Texas School System that preparation saves lives. We had dragged our mattresses into the hallway just as we had been instructed to do. We were under them but staring down the hallway at the TV. Woody Woodpecker had just started but its flickering images provided only a focal point to keep us distracted during the terror. The sounds that followed will never be forgotten. I hugged Ryan tightly as what sounded like a fleet of runaway locomotives hovered over our heads. The electricity went out and Ryan began to cry. He was only 3 at the time and this was one of the few times in his life where he ever shown fear. It was the first time in my life I ever felt like Ryan’s protector. The glass around the house began to shatter and sounds I hope to never hear again began to fill my ears just as Dad came bursting through the front door. He ran immediately into his own bedroom and dragged his own king sized mattress into the hallway. It was then that I noticed the two strangers he had brought with him. Two strangers that needed shelter and were offered such by my father when it would have been just as easy to fly past them and worry only about his own safety. They survived an ordeal that would have most assuredly ended their lives had it not been for the budding Giles family. Dad’s presence and enveloping arms allowed me to cry and panic like the terrified six year old I truly was. All hell officially broke loose in those moments. It wasn’t like it is often portrayed in the movies. There were no distant screams from unfamiliar throats. There were horrific, indescribable sounds. The sounds of brick, metal, glass, and wood being ripped apart by an unstoppable force. It was horrifying.

Then, just as quickly as it started, it ended. The sounds could still be heard, but there was a saddening and yet comforting distance in their tones. The sounds were now being injected into the lives of people in distant, unfamiliar neighborhoods. We slowly emerged from the protection of our mattresses. I half expected to find open sky over my head, but our home was mostly intact. The rest of the town and even some of our direct neighbors didn’t fare so well. But we survived. The leadership came in the following days. By the way, we still have no idea who those strangers were.

Leadership came in the form of the people who weren’t afraid to face the task at hand. The sounds of chainsaws and hammers filled the air for weeks. With no power and the primitive communications systems of the late seventies, clean-up was difficult but hard work triumphed over tragedy as it so often does. Those who waited for someone else to come take care of them got back to normal at a much later date than those who were willing to get in there and get their hands dirty. Those who gathered in cowardly circles and leveled their collective blame against someone else for what nature had delivered missed some terrific life lessons. Until that storm hit, I had been under the delusion that my world was insulated from the horror I saw on the news. Suddenly, my world was the news. I saw the strength of men and women not ideology and charm. I saw the resolve of a community working together, not one suckling at the teat of handouts and unjustified expectations. I saw REAL hope and change on the horizon as our country waved goodbye to one of its weakest leaders and all of the broken promises, failed expectations, and empty facades of accomplishment he left in his wake. I cheered with all the understanding my youth would permit as the rebuilding of Wichita Falls, Texas coincided nicely with the rise of one of our country’s strongest leaders.

Flash forward to today: History truly has a way of repeating itself. I believe our current President is just as weak as Jimmy Carter, but the similarities don’t end there. The lessons I learned in the nightmare of Terrible Tuesday, as it has come to be known in Wichita Falls, reached far beyond the destruction of that powerful storm. Where I had interpreted weakness, Terrible Tuesday delivered examples of strength. Those who sat back and waited for someone else to fix the problems delivered by that storm are the ones who would vote for His Barackness in November. The people who climbed up on their roofs with a hammer and some shingles while waiting for the insurance company to get to them…..those were the ones with a clear vision of reality. Those were the ones with a sense of personal responsibility. Those were the people who realized that it is NOT the job of government to run their lives. Those people had no room for fairy tales…..they lived in reality.

Just this past Friday, while speaking at what the White House is calling the “Forum on Women and The Economy,” Obama stated that after his daughters were born, he and Michelle – both Harvard Law graduates – couldn’t afford the “luxury” of having her stay at home with the children. Just so we’re clear…..Michelle Obama made $316,000 per year in those days. Obama was earning $168,000 from the US Taxpayer. He went on to say that he knew Michelle “felt guilty” when she was at home with the girls because she wasn’t giving enough time to work. She had a heavy “burden” in those days because of the busy travel schedule of His Barackness.

Are you kidding me? Are we supposed to take this nonsense and believe that the life of a Senator and a highly paid University of Chicago Medical School “Executive Director of Community and External Affairs” somehow relate to the struggles of a normal family? Barack Hussein Obama is so far out of touch with reality, he reminds me of that bird I watched struggling against the wind as that tornado rolled into Wichita Falls 33 years ago today. He believes the nonsense that flows from his mouth just as much as that bird believed he would outrun the storm if he just flapped his wings hard and fast enough. He ignores the reality that surrounds him and believes his ideological instinct will overpower any opponent’s so called “logic.” In reality, the American people are heaving big old pieces of debris into the wind. Obama has skillfully avoided them thus far, but he has suffered some “structural damage” along the way. He’s bruised, but determined. We tossed the debris of his birth certificate into the air, but it only scratched him. We tossed Solyndra into the spiraling nightmare, but it only grazed his wing. We launched the Fast and Furious case, consistently “adjusted” jobs numbers, and the incineration prone Chevy Volt at him but he navigated his way through their debris trails with only superficial wounds. The Supreme Court may soon deliver a rather crippling blow if they strike down Obama’s legacy, but the big piece of flying debris that will knock His Barackness and his ideology out of the sky forever will be the will of the American people on November 6, 2012.

Is There a Pill For That…..

There is something wrong with a man who fails to see any error in his ways after being given countless examples of its unquestioned existence. The most stubborn of men will eventually adapt a more effective line of attack to avoid another failure. It takes a special breed of human to truly seek comfort in failure. To create victory out of defeat. It takes an even more gifted and special man to be able to convince others that his failures are beneficial to them. Unfortunately, I’m not referring to the advertising industry that has done their best to inflate the demand for the Chevy Volt. They were only fulfilling the requirements of a customer. No, I’m referring of course to His Barackness. Our current President of the United States. Yes, ladies and gents…..there is something wrong with President Barack Hussein Obama. (Please take your time in picking your collective jaws up off the floor.)

All kidding aside, I firmly believe that Barack Obama suffers from Antisocial Personality Disorder and will eloquently and factually outline my case for such a statement in the coming paragraphs. For those who view such a statement as blasphemy against your liberal god, this is probably as good a point as any for us to part ways. Good luck to you.

The staff at Psych Central, the Internet’s largest and oldest independent mental health and psychology network, has put together a nice list of the common signs of antisocial personality disorder, but the chilling part is to see how perfectly the signs describe the man currently sitting in the Oval Office. Here’s a few of the signs and a factual example of how it could be used to describe President Obama.

• Antisocial Personality Disorder is usually characterized by a long-standing pattern of disregard for other people’s rights, often crossing the line and violating those rights.
  • Despite what he says in public or through his minions, Obama’s signature legislation, which many of us believe will be ruled unconstitutional at some point in the next few months, is a stunning example. The Individual Mandate is a pretty clear sign of a man who holds absolutely no regard for the rights of the individual in this country. He clearly believes that we are too stupid to go on living without his supreme guidance.
• Lacks empathy – Does anyone out there really believe that Barack Obama could relate to you on a personal level? Honestly? He has gone to great lengths to make us believe that he and Michelle are “just like us” but the truth is that Obama sees our world and our needs and our struggles as somehow beneath him. Barack Obama couldn’t relate to the people of this country on a personal level any more than Clay Aiken could relate to Mike Tyson.
• Contemptuous of feelings of others – The Contraception Mandate is yet another piercing scream for help from the very fabric of our country. Obama has taken thousands of years of Faith and demanded that we abandon it in favor of his own beliefs. When we refused, he countered with a fictitious “War On Women” and an equally fictitious Sandra Fluke.
• Inflated and arrogant self appraisal – While some of this may not be the fault of President Obama and more a result of the insulated environment in which the Office of President must be placed, Obama’s arrogance seems to be particularly expanded. This symptom is also highlighted within the infamous Contraception Mandate.
• Sufferers of Antisocial Personality Disorder lack a realistic concern about their current problems or the future – While Obama’s insulated environment is certainly a contributing factor, it’s not the only contributor. Obama’s arrogance and adherence to proven failure would indicate that his own mind is to blame for many of the problems to which his administration has exposed America.
• Sufferers may be excessively opinionated, self-assured, or even cocky. Need I say more? Have you ever seen a man that better fit this description than Barack Hussein Obama? I personally don’t believe such a man exists.
• May display a glib, superficial charm. Again, does this not describe Obama to a tee?

While President Obama certainly falls under the description of several signs of this disorder, the question remains as to whether any actual symptoms can be found in our President. The answer is a resounding “YES!”

1. Failure to Conform to Social Norms – Obama seems to derive some sort of a thrill from disobeying the law. Not just the written laws in the United States Constitution, but any kind of law, tradition, authority, or opinion that he thinks will force him to contradict to his own ideology. It’s a rush or a high to him.
2. Deceitfulness – Do I really have to lay out a list here? The guy is a slimy, lawyer-politician-celebrity. He will do anything and say anything to keep himself in power.
   1. Signs of this symptom often include the use of aliases:
      1. Barack Hussein Obama has used the names Harrison J Bounel and Barry Soetoro that we know of. Why? That answer has never been answered. Probably because no one in the news has asked it! (Seriously, do a Google Search of either name. It’s creepy!)
   2. The Buffett Rule – Just today, Obama is out there touting the plight of Warren Buffett’s poor old secretary who pays more in taxes than the billionaire. Notably absent from his speech was any mention of the fact that Buffett is in the middle of an EPIC lawsuit over taxes he has failed to pay in the past. To the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. President Obama either knows about the ongoing lawsuit and is choosing to intentionally mislead us with mention of Buffett’s  name, or he’s blatantly incompetent.
   3. Consistently “Adjusted” Unemployment Numbers – Every month, Obama’s approval numbers avoid total collapse by leaking the truth about the economy to us gradually. The numbers are always “adjusted” or taken from a different “perspective” than used in the past. It’s intentionally confusing,
3. Impulsivity – A failure to plan ahead.
   1. Could there be a better way to describe Obama’s Presidency? Since ObamaCare will most likely not be around for him to hang the hat of his legacy on, what about the premature withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan and the infamous Quran apology? Despite the catastrophic damage this move has delivered to our reputation in the region, it has also left us with very little presence to deal with lunacy in the adjacent countries. We didn’t pull completely out of Germany and it provided a nice, visible, warning sign to Mother Russia. We didn’t withdraw completely from Japan and we have yet to be attacked by China. Why is Obama’s wisdom superior to that of history?
   2. Green Energy Investments – Depending on the day, Obama will be out on the campaign trail inflating the tires of a different lie about the bastard children of he and Energy Secretary Chu. So far, almost everything they’ve touched has turned to bankrupt crap. On a bright side, the executives of these taxpayer funded nightmares are still receiving nice, big bonus checks.
4. Irritability and Aggressiveness – I’m willing to bet that Michelle has had to clean up after more than one Barack-ian temper tantrum in her day.
5. Reckless Disregard For the Safety of Self or Others – The man demanded the Chevy Volt. Need I say more? He swears that he’s going to buy one of these mobile crematoriums as soon as he’s “unelected” and that’s a clear example of his disregard for his own safety as well as that of his family. In al seriousness, many of his demands have been met prior to any real testing or research. Companies have gotten caught up in the charm and power. They have delivered under pressure what should have been tested and proven. What about Fast and Furious? Why would Obama defend Eric Holder and the operation that ended the life of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry? Lack of empathy? Disregard for the safety, feelings, and emotions of others? Others he sees as political “enemies.”
6. Consistent Irresponsibility - “Indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations.”  Anybody care to guess how many vacations Obama has taken since he took office? Your guess would be as good as any since no real number can be found but in the last month I have read reports of the Obama women in Mexico, Vail, and now Vegas. The Obamas have taken numerous trips to Hawaii and justify the $10M of public funds Michelle Obama is accused of spending on top-shelf Vodkas and expensive massages by citing George W Bush’s trips to his ranch in Crawford, Texas. Also, why is Obama not more upset with his democratic counterparts in Congress and the fact that they have yet to pass a budget under his rule?
7. Lack of Remorse - “As indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.” (Statement will stand on it’s own merit.)

Indeed there is something wrong with President Obama. The likelihood of him ever seeking the advice of a licensed medical professional for the disorder that consumes him is  about as likely as me throwing the winning strike for my World Series Champion Saint Louis Cardinals against the Florida Marlins on Wednesday, but I guess anything could happen. Should I loosen up my throwing arm in case Obama gives us a miracle? Nah, I’ll just continue getting old!

Entitlement apparently knows no bounds within the Obama Presidency. Too often, conservatives paint liberals with a broad stroke, saying that they all support entitlement programs. While it’s true that most liberals support the idea of the government providing for its citizens what they are too lazy or unqualified to provide for themselves, the idea that entitlement mentalities are exclusive to the left side of the political aisle is absurd. We’re all guilty of some measure of entitlement mentality within our daily lives, whether we admit it or not. Littering is an example of entitlement in that you toss something out your car window and feel that you are entitled to someone else’s effort to clean it up. People who leave messes on the tables at a restaurant feel that they are entitled to the efforts of the busser or server when it comes time to clean it up. These are usually the same people who loudly complain when a restaurant hostess has the nerve to make them wait for a table. They then complain that the meal is not “like they would make it at home” and then leave an unjustifiably small tip. When you put stuff that you decide you don’t need at the grocery store back onto a random shelf, you are displaying a sense of entitlement. You are creating more work for someone else. That someone else must be paid for his effort, and the cost of that salary is divided among the consumers. In the same logic, a server who complains about a small tip is displaying an obvious sense of entitlement. An ex-spouse who demands that the other raise the kids but then expects equal share in the credit for their success is displaying a sense of entitlement. Obesity is a form of entitlement. Those who lack the discipline to modify their diet or to stick to a structured workout cycle do not deserve the same health insurance premiums as those who do. Those who cannot figure out that $3,000 is ENTIRELY too much to pay for birth control don’t deserve to have someone else pay the tab. Those who major in Art History and minor in the destruction of liver and brain-cells do not deserve the same salary as a business owner who has sacrificed almost everything to build his company. In the same fashion, a corporate fat-cat does not deserve profit at the expense of customer health, safety, or trust. Companies that fuel a certain agenda do not deserve millions of dollars in taxpayer money to pay to their executives despite the fact that they are declaring bankruptcy.

In terms of political entitlement, on a grand stage, Obama seems to be the King of Gimme. The problem is that Obama sees the world through the haze of an antisocial personality, according to the definition of the disorder given by the Mayo Clinic. Many feel that the hearings being heard in the Supreme Court this week will prove just such a point with regard to the over-reach of Obama’s perceived power. Another example would be the mic’d up slip up His Barackness will undoubtedly be releasing Jay Carney to nibble away at in the coming weeks. Obama, while wired for sound, was caught telling outgoing Russian President Medvedev to relay to Vladimir Putin that Obama and his administration need more “space” with regard to the often stalled talks over the missile defense system. Obama implies that he will be much more “flexible” after his reelection and that he needs space to work his magic. Once again, America is made to look weak in exchange for Obama’s personal appearance of strength. He begs for personal assistance in the form of a delay on any talks that might make him appear as though he is not in control. The needs, safety, and concerns of the people in BOTH nations were cast aside so that Obama may feed his insatiable political appetite.

Politics has become one of the world’s best examples of entitlement mentality, Getting votes quickly becomes more important than principles. There is no pride in the work done if that work doesn’t produce massive amounts of public adoration. It would be like NFL teams deciding to play only the games they were guaranteed to win. The season would be short and relatively boring. Entitlement provides for a few but leaves in its wake throngs of others who suffer at the expense of those few. Again, Obama is a prime example but the rampant ridiculousness by which so many of his decisions are made can be found in almost any politician. There’s no pride in the work done by an entitled person. Their pride comes instead from the act of receiving something from another person. Occupy Wall Street and all their crazy tent-dwelling buffoons were a terrific example. There was no direction in their mission, but they all agreed upon a strong desire to get a lot of stuff for free. There was no sense of competition in any of their arguments because most of the people who take advantage of entitlement programs simply want free stuff. They have no drive to earn anything. Their job is the pursuit of that which they did nothing to earn. Obama has done nothing to earn any “space” from the Russian people. He can blast us with remarks from indignant advisors all he wants, but it doesn’t change the fact that the Russian people have not received the message that our missile defense system is not designed to destroy them. There is still fear in their hearts and Obama only cares about his re-election campaign.

His Barackness has made it quite clear he feels entitled to our undying loyalty and vote. His statements make it sound as if he is absolutely certain of his reelection. All voter fraud allegations and conspiracies aside, he is owed NOTHING. We do not OWE the office of United States President to anyone who so blatantly disregards the traditions, obligations, history, and responsibility of such an honor. His smile, charm and arrogance may deliver for a short while the entitlements to which others feel they are due but eventually he will be called upon to produce results. Deflection may keep the weak distracted temporarily, but eventually there will be enough people saying “hey, that’s not what we were promised” and the facade of his record will defeat him. Obama and the left do not “own” the votes of, nor the rights to any race of people. If he wants our vote, he will need to earn our vote. Not the other way around. He is not the prize he thinks he is. The lessons taught to most of us through the pain of defeat have never been delivered unto His Barackness. Photo opportunity basketball games do not count. He’s never truly competed for anything but has instead twisted rules, playing fields, history, and definitions to suit his own agenda. He has manufactured accomplishments and then demanded that we honor him with unearned accolades. He has stripped away our freedoms and then demanded that we like it. He has told us that we’re not capable of providing for ourselves and then demanded our blind agreement. He has manipulated numbers to support his claims and has then demanded that these numbers be taken as truth. He has placed personal political need ahead of OUR needs and has then demanded that we serve him. November 6, 2012 will deliver a few demands we have of President Obama.

ObamaCare, as it will be called throughout this piece, has now entered it’s second year of existence. According to a recent ABC News / Washington Post Poll, over two thirds of Americans, regardless of party affiliation, believe that the law should be repealed based on it’s author’s tenuous grasp of the United States Constitution. While several of the Constitutional infractions seem so painfully obvious, the upcoming hearings in the Supreme Court don’t really bring the level of confidence they should to either side of the party. Those of us hoping that ObamaCare’s second birthday will be it’s last are not all that confident that our Supreme Court is not corrupted by the insatiable ego of His Barackness. It’s been well documented that Obama was granted a private meeting with all but one of the Supreme Court Justices prior to his inauguration. Conspiracy theorists and sane people alike have concluded that the meeting was in some sort of reference to the yet-to-be explained discrepancies in Obama’s birth certificate. Then there’s the presence of Justice Kagan.  Many believe she should recuse herself from these hearings based on her political influence used in promoting ObamaCare and her much publicized “wallering in the mud” after the necessary votes were gathered for the law’s passage.

The fact that the Supreme Court has a conservative majority within it’s ranks does little to quell the nervousness in the American people. But let’s put all that aside. There’s nothing we can do about the decisions made on that hill, in those robes. Let’s take a look at the notable absence of His Barackness from all the hoopla surrounding his little liberal baby. ObamaCare, a name which now seems to be offensive to His Barackness and all his quivering little counterparts, was supposed to be this President’s signature piece of legislation. This was supposed to be the thing that put his name in the history books as one of the greatest leaders the world had ever known. He campaigned on the grand promises of universal healthcare. He promised us little, but he did it with shiny words, so his infected base of support happily followed. This Act was supposed to be the crowning achievement of his presidency yet, he is painstakingly absent from any and all discussion surrounding ObamaCare, or the Affordable Care Act as he is now calling it. Funny, how “ObamaCare” was perfectly acceptable when people were buying into the hype. The man is trying to distance himself from a bill that for all intents and purposes CARRIES HIS NAME!

While Obama flies around the country in Air Force One, campaigning at our expense, he is not campaigning on his bold healthcare initiatives like he did in 2008. ($187,000 per hour to operate that plane according to US Military Sources.) A defeat in the Supreme Court next week, or whenever it may be handed down, would surely be devastating to his campaign and a victory might be just as bad. A victory, or a delayed-past-the-election decision, would lend itself to more criticism and conspiracy theory than would a defeat. According to what most view as pretty clear cut language in the Constitution, Obama is staring down the barrel of a defeat on at least the controversial “individual mandate.” The government is simply not allowed to tell us that we “have to” buy something. Auto insurance is only required if you drive. Homeowner's insurance is only required if you buy a home. Neither of these coverages are required by federal law for every citizen, regardless of personal situation.

When Obama was still being carried around the country atop the shoulders of those he ordered to vote for him back in 2008, we were promised four major things about ObamaCare. These four things have conclusively failed and now the whole thing is headed to court. Obama refuses to address the issue.

1. The Affordable Care Act will lower health care costs – Nope…..new estimates show that family healthcare premiums will increase by an average of $2,000 under this bill.
2. The law will create hundreds of thousands of jobs – Again; those estimates are proving to be what we call in the business “bull$#!t.” New studies show that over the next decade, ObamaCare will actually cost the country over 800,000 jobs.
3. ObamaCare will protect Medicaid – Sir, have you been locked in a tee-pee with Ricky Williams and Dave Chappelle? Your plan is currently estimated to be placing over $100 billion of new Medicaid costs onto cash-strapped states. It will also take an estimated $500 billion away from Medicare and encourage many employers to drop coverage for their employees.
4. ObamaCare will allow Americans to keep their coverage – As long as those Americans are already covered with a government brokered, “Chuck E. Cheese prize” version of healthcare coverage and wish to remain covered under such horrendous conditions.

It’s time to repeal. Healthcare is a private and very individual issue. It should be a personal matter and it should be between patient and doctor. Yes, there are flaws in the current system, but once again the left feels that the solution is total government control. Their response to our contrarian stance on the subject is the same response they give to any other opposition. Those who oppose are uneducated, right-wing, Bible thumping, gun carrying, racist, environment destroying, war loving, extremists that are just here to amuse the almighty liberal. They twist numbers to support their “facts.” They distort polls and cherry pick the ones with which they grant credibility. No more. 67% of us (and I personally believe that number is actually in the low to mid seventies) are against this bill. Two thirds of a country are against something…..shouldn’t the Supreme Court take that into consideration? Happy Birthday, you little bastard.
